1. What are the available shipping options?
   You can choose from normal mail, registered mail or self pick-up* within Bukit Batok. Self pick-up is free!
   *Alternative pick up locations are CCK Ave 2 on Sundays and Toa Payoh StorHub Building on Saturday afternoons.
2. What are the payment options?
   You can choose between:
   (a) Paypal
   Register just once to experience the ease of paying through a debit/credit card!
   
   (b) Bank Transfer
   If you place an order and select bank transfer as your method of payment, we will contact you with the bank information.
   
   Please note that orders will only be mailed out when payment is received. If you are opting for self pick-up, payment by cash will be accepted.
3. Do you do gift orders?
   Yes! Just mail us at enquiries@theglow.com.sg with the intended recipient’s name, address and your gift message (optional) and we’ll send it directly to them at no extra cost!
   
4. I’m looking for a CD that’s not found in your catalogue!
   Do not despair! Just mail us at enquiries@theglow.com.sg stating the album title and we’ll do our very best to get it for you!
5. It’s been a few days and I’ve yet to receive my CD!
   Don’t panic! Delivery time via normal mail typically takes 1-3 days. During festive periods and Public Holidays, please allow for an additional of 1-2 days.
6. How do I contact you?
   You can do so at enquiries@theglow.com.sg. We promise a reply within 24 hours.
7. What happens if I buy a particular CD for S$X and it goes on promotion the very next week? :(
   Again, not to worry. theGLOW is committed to its customers and should you find this happening to you, we would be happy to bring forward the price difference to your next purchase**.
